  The Minute Clinic is horrible! The practitioners are rude and incompetent. They tested my daughter for strep at this location, but then sent the prescription to a CVS in a different state! I suspected I was getting strep also, so I thought I’d try it out. The phone system did not work. They have voice prompts to reach the Minute Clinic, but no one ever picks up. I tried the website to make an appointment, that didn’t work either. After giving up on those, I drove there to do a walk in. I made it a few minutes before the claimed appointment cutoff of 15 minutes before closing, but the kiosk was not working either. There was no one waiting, so I sat in the waiting area. A few minutes later the practitioner opened the door. Apparently she was in the room with the door closed, but was not with a patient (not sure why). She was very rude and told me I was too late and wouldn’t help me. She never asked and didn’t seem at all interested in what I came in for. She seemed only to care about leaving. I have never encountered such a rude and unfriendly health care professional. I don’t know if all locations are like this, but I think I’ll stick with my family doctor for everything. Btw, don’t bother with the clinics’ customer service line. I sat on hold for 15 minutes before giving up on trying to reach someone.
